This is an infant's size 12 months yellow Belle dress from the Beauty and the Beast movie.  It is made by Disney Baby.  The dress is off the shoulder with velvet straps on the shoulders.  There is a bow with a picture of Belle at the center of the neck.  The skirt is tiered with a yellow bottom layer.  There is a sparkly chiffon layer next and a chiffon layer with gold swirls on the top.  The dress closes with velcro in the back.  It is in excellent condition.  It is made of 100% polyester. The dress measures 22" long with a 19" waist and is 9 1/2" from side seam to side seam under the arms.  So pretty for your little princess!
