4.1 Connector
4.1.1 Control signal definition
The controller is equipped with a pre-charge circuit, the main body is pre-installed with the whole car power

4.1.2 Fault Signal LED Lamp Description:
1. Flash once, pause once-normal standby state.
2. Flash twice and stop once -overload protection or short circuit of motor phase line.
3. Flash 4 times, pause 1 time -under-voltage protection.
4. Flash 5 times, pause 1 time -over-voltage protection.
5. Flash 10 times, pause 1 time -external temperature protection.

5.1 Compressor operation
This type of compressor can be controlled by start-stop (or 0-5VDC speed regulation).
5.2 Protection

Over-voltageprotection: after over-voltage, stop immediately, voltage recovery, delay 30s restarting

Under-voltage protection: after under-voltage, stop immediately, voltage recovery, delay 15 S restarting.
The over-voltage and under-voltage values are 15VDCand 11VDCrespectively. The recovery voltage is
over-voltage protection 13.5VDC recovery, under-voltage protection 12.5VDC recovery.

Overload protection: when the running current reaches the protection, the protection time is 1second.
After the overload protection stops, 30s restarts.

Overheating protection: the controller has its own temperature protection, when the circuit board
temperature is higher than 65
