Compressor needs refrigerant cooling motor and controller,
suction pipe should be added insulation pipe
Suggest the compressor start 6 seconds before opening the condenser fan, after the compressor stops, the condenser Others fan shuts off for 30 seconds
To prevent the system entering too much moisture and 
causing insulation to drop off, the compressor suction outlet 
should be installed in a closed system immediately after 
opening (within 5 minutes)
Compressor should be installed with damping pad to achieve the purpose of vibration reduction and noise reduction

4.1 Connector
4.1.1 Control signal definition
The controller is equipped with a pre-charge circuit, the main body is pre-installed with the whole car power
supply, control signal docking connector, the port of the connector is defined as follows:

1 Main power
Main power supply (A red positive/B black negative): SC10-8 (wire harness length 55cm)

2 Signal Input Port
P1/P2 Control start-stop line (yellow/green): DJ7022-2-11 ---The highest output of the yellow line is 5VDC,
<1A, and the yellow-green line is closed at full speed.(Wire harness length 45 cm)

P3/P4  Fault Output Signal Line (Purple/Black): SM2.5-2P(Wire Harness Length 45cm) ---Connectible LED

Note: Please make sure that the plug-in corresponds to the positive and negative poles of the connector
before power-on, which will cause irreparable damage in an instant.

4.1.2 Fault Signal LED Lamp Description:
1. Flash once, pause once-normal standby state.
2. Flash twice and stop once -overload protection or short circuit of motor phase line.
3. Flash 4 times, pause 1 time -under-voltage protection.
4. Flash 5 times, pause 1 time -over-voltage protection.
5. Flash 10 times, pause 1 time -external temperature protection.

4.2 Electrical connection


5. Compressor operation control strategy
5.1 Compressor operation
This type of compressor can be controlled by start-stop (or 0-5VDC speed regulation).

5.2 Protection
Over-voltageprotection: after over-voltage, stop immediately, voltage recovery, delay 30s restarting
Under-voltage protection: after under-voltage, stop immediately, voltage recovery, delay 15 S restarting.
The over-voltage and under-voltage values are 15VDCand 11VDCrespectively. The recovery voltage is
over-voltage protection 13.5VDC recovery, under-voltage protection 12.5VDC recovery.
Overload protection: when the running current reaches the protection, the protection time is 1second.
After the overload protection stops, 30s restarts.
Overheating protection: the controller has its own temperature protection, when the circuit board
temperature is higher than 65 , immediately shut down, restore 55 and rise again.
Drive compressor integrated design, through the cold end of the compressor surface cooling.
