Method:
1. Back Slap Method: Put the child on the arm of the aider, with the head lower than the torso, fix the head and put the arm on the thigh of the aider, then hit the back between the 2 shoulder blades of the child 4-6 times with the grasp of the other hand to make the pressure in the respiratory tract rise suddenly, which helps to loosen the foreign body and expel it from the body.
2. Chest Finger Pounding Method: The child is placed in a supine position, held in the bend of the aider arm, with the head slightly lower than the torso, and the aider uses two fingers to press the junction of the two nipples and the mid line of the sternum at a horizontal finger 4-6 times.
