Red Line SuperCool® fortified with WaterWetter® is a 50/50 prediluted antifreeze/coolant designed to maximise the performance of your cooling system with superior protection against cavitation corrosion/erosion.

Using 100% SuperCool® Performance protects the entire cooling system keeping new components like new for 5 years/150 000 miles and prevents further damage to older components. Red Line’s proprietary coolant additive formula enhances the fluid’s ability to transfer heat reducing operating temperatures by up to 10-12°C and prolonging the life of the entire cooling system.

Payment

Ebay managed payments are the preferred method of payment on Ebay purchases for both buyer and seller peace of mind. However, we can accommodate other payment methods for components collected from us in store.

All items require payment to be made in full prior to dispatch. If you wish to pay in person / collect the items, please select the collect in person option on checkout. All items which have not been paid for after 7 days of purchase and no communication has been made from the buyer will result in the order being cancelled.

Shipping

We aim to dispatch all items on the same day as order for orders placed before 14:00 noon, Monday - Friday excluding bank holidays. Some royal mail orders ordered before 16:00 may be dispatched same day, but please use eBay's delivery time as fact.

Shipping is either fulfilled by Royal Mail tracked delivery or APC Overnight UK. Please see listing specifics for what carrier will be used for which item. Please allow 12 hours for tracking to become visible from dispatch notification.

For international orders, the Ebay global shipping programme will be offered for complete peace of mind. Our own couriers will be used when Ebay global shipping programme cannot be used for an item. In this case, we will use any DPD, Fedex, UPS or Parcelforce services.

Please ensure there is a current contact number and email address provided on checkout as this avoids failed deliveries. This will also provide you with live shipping updates and notifications. Please make sure to inspect all packages prior to accepting.

For quotations for delivery of items outside of the UK, please get in touch and let us know the items required and delivery address for us to quote accurately if the listing does not offer carriage for your location. We will happily quote on an individual basis.

Collection available for all items from Cannock, WS11 by appointment only. Please get in touch to arrange.

Should an item be listed as collection only and you need it delivered, please message us with a delivery postcode and we can quote pallets / large item deliveries on an individual basis.

Returns

If you change your mind and wish to return a component, we will accept returns where notice to return has been given within 30 days of purchasing the component. Please see our returns policy on ebay for full details on return timescales and postage cost terms.

The component must be un used, and no security seals broken to qualify for a full refund. Please use the eBay returns to process all returns. I, the Buyer, agree that I rely on my own skill and judgment in evaluating the installation of parts bought from Wicks Performance Engineering Ltd, and I agree that I am solely responsible for the part’s use.

I, the Buyer, agree to hold the Seller Wicks Performance Engineering Ltd harmless from, and hereby assume the entire responsibility and liability for, any and all damage or injury of any kind or nature whatever, including death, as to all persons, whether Buyer's employees, agents or otherwise, and as to all property, including Buyer's own property, caused by, resulting from, arising out of, or occurring in connection with the use by Buyer or any other person, of any parts, or vehicle serviced by and or purchased from Wicks Performance Engineering Ltd.

I, the Buyer, agree that if any person makes a claim for any damage or injury, including death, resulting from the use of the parts, vehicle Buyer purchased from Seller, whether based upon Seller's alleged active or passive

negligence, or based upon principles of product liability, or based upon any alleged breach of any statutory/contractual or common law duty or obligation Seller may have, I shall defend, indemnify and hold harmless Seller, its agents, servants and employees, from and against any and all loss, expense, damage or injury that Seller may sustain as a result of any such claim.

All parts must be inspected by buyer for defects or safety hazards and it is the responsibility of buyer to inspect for actual or latent safety hazards or hire an expert to so inspect.

Buyer affirms that before he has entered into this agreement. Wicks Performance Engineering Ltd requested that buyer examine the parts, to ascertain whether there were defects therein; Wicks Performance Engineering Ltd. afforded to buyer an adequate opportunity to make such examination before he entered into this agreement and that he has examined the goods as fully as buyer desires for the purpose of determining whether there are defects. I, the Buyer, for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release Wicks Performance Engineering Ltd, its members, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, volunteers and employees, from all claims or liabilities of any kind.

I, the Buyer, understand that some components are supplied with ‘tamper evident security seals’. I, the Buyer, understand that should a component be supplied with a tamper evident security seal, that this seal must remain intact should I wish to return the product for any reason. I, the Buyer, understands that should the tamper evident security seal be removed, damaged, or display ‘VOID’, then Wicks Performance Engineering Ltd, trading as MazSpec (“Seller”), may refuse the right for the buyer to return the item or request any form of refund. I, the buyer, understands that should an item be returned, the tamper proof security seal must remain intact and fixed to the component. I, the buyer, understands that MazSpec (“Seller”) keeps detailed records of security seals and comprehensive logs of which security seal is paired with what component, with what order / buyer.
