Not brand new, has some light dirt on handle, please do not expect perfect brand new condition.

It is pre owned and shows it.

I have a lot of problems with video games buyers expecting something to be brand new when it's clearly listed otherwise, so if you're one of those people please look elsewhere.

All that being said this is a great example of a cool light gun.
