If we have not included a “make offer” option for you to click on when you're on one of our item pages, then we are not accepting any offers at that time. If the boss changes his mind in regards to offers, he will add a make offer option on the eBay item page.

When committing to purchase an item or items from us, please follow through with the payment (s). eBay users who fail to pay in a timely manner means we reserve the right to ban or block such a user from future purchases. Failure to follow through also means that , if we feel it necessary, we will ignore any messages sent from such a user.

Sorry, but due to the limited amount of time we can devote to eBay, we cannot take additional photographs of any of our items. However, if you believe one of our listings features a photo that does not match the item title, feel free to give us a shout thru the website messaging system and we'll do our best to get it corrected asap.

We no longer give partial refunds for any reason. We have not given partial refunds in years. No eBay buyer should purchase or bid upon any of our items with an intent to “negotiate” on item(s) price or shipping cost either before or after receiving their item or items from us. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase or item(s), you'll be making a full return of the transaction for a full refund of your original cost for that transaction. We will accept returns when done so within 14 days of date of original purchase. When returning item(s), an eBay buyer must use:  appropriate packaging, a tracking number, and the return must not arrive to us as “postage due”. Once verified that we have received the correct item(s) back, we will issue a complete refund of item(s) price plus any cost buyer paid to have us send the item originally. Buyers are responsible for both return postage and return tracking costs and these won't be refunded by us.

For Domestic (USA) customers, we offer a flat rate OR, in many cases, free shipping. The flat rate will vary from item to item, generally based on package weight. We will mail many of our lightweight items to Canada and a few items are available to other International locations, however, we no longer accept purchases from outside the U.S. unless specified within our website listing. If you're looking at one of our items, please refer to the Shipping and Payments tab for a full list of countries that we ship to for that particular item. We are not responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes that are incurred by an eBay user upon delivery of an item or items to any country.

We are likely still selling on other websites and quite possibly through direct mail. But be advised, we conduct eBay business on this website. We won't conduct eBay business 'off-site', so please don't ask.

None of our items are available for “local pickup”. If this changes in the future, we will certainly modify this policy.

Lastly, when purchasing a factory sealed box/package and opening it/breaking a seal or removing tags from clothing, shoes, e.g. , an eBay user is deemed to have altered the product described within the eBay listing. In doing so, any and all returns/refunds, as well as any and all warranties are null & voided. eBay may charge and collect from you State (or other) Sales Tax. This will be done as required by law based on your location. We do not reimburse for any taxes or other fees that were paid by any eBay user.
