Frame may just have a couple of small, hardly noticeable cosmetic imperfections that do not affect the overall look by much.

Lenses just have a couple of tiny hardly noticeable scratches that may slightly impact the view.

Temples when opened at the Tips are wider than the width of the frame on the Front - that;s the way they made them back in the days when they didn't have flex springs yet.

Frame has optical hinges.
