Washing
Item is machine washable, turn inside out and use cold water to protect fabric. Hand wash whenever possible. Read wash label inside clothes if necessary. Avoid machine-dry whenever possible.
Storage
To extend life of garment, please hang or fold it properly, please hang in a cool dry place or store on top of a flat surface.
Payment
All of our goods are offered to you on an immediate payment basis. Your payment is due to us before we dispatch your goods and we accept PayPal / most credit and debit cards. Please contact Fabgents for other forms of payments. Leave a check-out message for a shopping bag free of charge.
Dispatch
We will normally dispatch your goods within 24 working hours unless otherwise specified, e.g. under unexpected circumstances that’s out of our control, or when your order needs extra information and we receive no reply after we had contacted you. Team will open the original package to check item prior to dispatch, and the original packaging can arrives opened / damaged.
Delivery
We will deliver your order to most UK address via free Royal Mail First Class services, which has a 1-2 working days delivery aim. During delivery, Fabgents doesn’t have control of the activities of post person and outcome of delivery attempts. We also post orders via Hermes Tracked service for 3-5 w/d delivery aim at a small extra fee. Combined or Express deliveries and self-collection in London can be arranged, please contact Fabgents.
International Orders
Standard Royal Mail Services for most International orders unless otherwise specified, photos of parcel and receipts with be retained as proof. For combined postages or cheaper rates please contact Fabgents. We reserve the right to refuse an order if we are reasonably in doubt of the authenticity of the order or the effectiveness of local post system. We may contact the buyer to cancel the order.
Cancellation, return and exchange
Please always consider contacting us first in such cases, before leaving feedbacks or contacting eBay, opening requests or cases.
You have the unconditional right under Distance Selling Regulations to cancel an order within 30 days, starting from the day of the order. Please message us to arrange returns or exchange for these common reasons: mind changed, suspicion of wrong size / style / colour received, items damaged in transit or other quality issue found in use.
If the goods are not faulty and you are returning it within the cooling off period you will be responsible for the return carriage costs.
You are responsible for the care of the goods whilst in your possession and returning them in good condition in the original packaging including all documents and manuals.
Fabgents will reimburse you in full for the goods if they are returned as new. If the goods are found to be used, misused or damaged on return, we reserve the right to issue you partial refund for it.
Claim missing parcels
We send most of the items via Royal Mail PPI System and retain all our postage receipts for proof, if you are finding a delayed delivery or confirming a missing parcel, you may contact us at any time to find out our best measure to solve the issue.

However, we shall have no liability to you for any failure which is due to such unforeseen circumstances or any other situation outside our control.

Liability

If there is a problem you may receive a refund or replacement under the terms of our guarantee. Our liability to you will always be limited to a full refund of the goods purchased. In these circumstances our liability to you will be limited to a refund of the delivery charges you have paid.
