Rare! Jan. 12, 1930 New York Rangers at Chicago Black Hawks NHL regular season program. First year, fifth game ever played at Chicago Stadium. The Hawks opened the 1929/30 season at the old Chicago Coliseum because the Chicago Stadium was still being fitted for an ice surface. Johnny Gottselig and "Duke" Dukowski scored as the Black Hawks won 2-1. Hall of Famer, Frank Boucher scored for the Rangers. Game was played at the Chicago Stadium.
The “Old Barn” was home until the Blackhawks moved across the street to the United Center in 1994.
