NCIS Gibbs' Rules Based on the TV Series Coffee Mug Cup.

Based on the popular TV series, NCIS, here is a great coffee mug with a sample of Gibbs rules, which you hear on practically every episode. And when Gibbs says rule #.... everybody stops and listens!

Now that Gibbs is retired from NCIS, this would be  a great gift for an NCIS fan.

Coffee mug is in very good condition, it's not new, and it does have some sticker residue on the bottom as you can see in the photo, but it will be removed when it leaves my hands to go into yours, it has no scratches inside,

no chips, no cracks....just rules.
