This sale is for a lot of 10 new old stock never been used 10" flat smooth cut metal files. These were made in Russia, I would guess in the 1950's and could possibly be military. They came in a wooden crate marked made in Russia. These are a very good quality file at a very reasonable price. These files have been sitting on a shelf for many years.
