All original with no damage or repairs
Even includes the original bridge cover and pickguard
Perfect functioning hardware, pickups & electrics
Frets are good
Some minor blemishes (see photos) but in splendid condition for a 50+ year-old bass.
Had a full pro setup in summer and has not left the house since. New flatwound strings, conditioned fretboard it's ready to rip!
This lad really nails those vintage 60s tone and then some. Surprisingly wide tonal range given the single pickup and beautiful to play and hear. Great recording tone too.
Even still has the original bridge mute foam which can be adjusted up or down for better Motown-ing.
Comes with a nice vintage hardcase
Overall a lovely example of a fine quality period Japanese made short-scale bass, fast becoming collectable

Consequently there is no guarantee that an instrument arrives with exactly the same set up as stated. After a period of acclimatisation, please be prepared to make any necessary adjustments at your own expense.
