Dpt. 56 motel with figurines shown. This piece comes with the light source and has a few chips and breaks I will address. The vacancy sign has been broken and repaired. The front of the motel has a chip (which I always thought was snow) and the corner of the motel has a chip. One figurine has been through it. The boy holding the lantern has a repaired arm, repaired dog as well as a chip in his hat. ( Chip on hat also looks like snow) I do not have to include this piece if you do not want it.
