This is a sweetest  antique, 19c collar lace, high neck with pendant Honiton 2 lace, soft beige color , hand made. Beautiful  classy  design , measures around the inside neckline about 14 " long, and front pendant 9" deep.   Collar have been carefully hand-washed, starched and ironed.   It is clean, spotless, ready to display or use.  Great antique condition no issues.
