Vintage holiday ceramic, this is the young reindeer wearing a holly wreath with a red bow. The " berries" on the wreath light up when you turn the switch on the cord of the attached light bulb, which is inserted into the back of the piece. This is very similar to the more common ceramic Christmas trees that light up, but in my experience these reindeer are much harder to find. About 12 inches tall. Corded light included, I don't know how much life is left in the bulb, as it came with the ceramic. I see no mold maker's name, but the initials of the hobbyist are incised into the bottom. Probably 1970s.

Condition: this little fellow does show a bit of wear, there are a couple of small spots of paint loss or flakes, particularly on the front of the bow, which I have tried to show clearly in the photos. One of the red " berries" is missing,  fortunately this is toward the back. Most appear to be glued in, a few are a little loose. Personally, I would not hesitate to give this as a gift.
