Shorts measures 12.5" across the waist, when laying flat on the table. I believe they are a youth size. Maybe adult, but would be a tight fit.

Shorts measures 24" in length.

They have two "pockets" inside for pads. One on the upper leg, one on the lower leg. 

No belt.
