With box, though box open on top end.  There are three bonus cards one can cut out on the back of the box.  One of them is a teacher card.

Comes with 36 individual valentines, though they come on a sheet holding four each.  Just fold and tear apart to use. Also there are 33 envelopes.  There are more sheets than others, containing the quarterbacks.
