How it is used:

The seeds as a decoction: simmer half a teaspoon of dry seeds in a cup of water for 15-20'. 

We drink 3 times a day. You can also put them in the blender to break them up and then boil them for 5-10'.

The seeds can also be eaten (if chewed well or ground in a blender)
