    Shipping

    1. All items are dispatched from our warehouse in Melbourne, Australia.

    2. All items will be dispatched within 3 business day by AUSPOST or our couriers after the payment is clear. The arrival time depends on some factors and different areas.

    3. Under normal conditions, delivery will take 3 to 8 days after it is dispatched, depending on your location. Remote areas might take longer. You can also use the tracking number shown in your eBay to track the current status of your delivery.

    4. If the delivery time exceeded the ETA, please contact us and we will help you with our best efforts.

    5. We use AUSPOST LETTER to send small items, which is not available for the tracking number. So please contact us if you do not receive the delivery on time.
