Historical context: design on title page was originally designed by Alphonse Mucha and this artwork is known as "Russia Restituenda".
This brochure was issued in 1922 by "Ustredi Csl. Dobrov. Pomoci Hladovejicim V Rusku A Na Ukrajine" or "Central Committee of Czechoslovak Volunteer Help To Starving People In Russia and Ukraine".
Members of this Committee were also: Czechoslovak Legionnaires, Czechoslovak Red Cross, Scout Union etc..
Whole action was under control of Czechoslovak Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
