Ring size 7 US -again we do not know if you will be able to size this ring or how much it can be stretched- PLEASE CONTACT A PROFESSIONAL JEWELER.  As far as polishing it is my understanding that Tiffany & Co polishes their items for customers for no or little money.  Would add nicely to any collection.   See high def pics to determine condition ,style, etc.
