Ingredients:
- Noodle : Wheat Flour, Tapioca Starch, Salt, Egg, Corn Starch
- Seasoning sauce : Dark Soy Sauce, Light Soy sauce, Oyster Sauce, Sugar, Big Onion, Palm Oil, Sesame Oil, Permitted Flavour Enhancers
- Fried Anchovies : Anchovies, Palm Oil
- Chili Flakes : Dried Chili, Chili Paddy, Garlic, White Pepper , Palm Oil, Acetes, Anchovies Head, Salt
Cooking Instructions :
1. Cook noodles in 500ml boiling water for 6-8minutes.
2. Take noodles out from boiling water and drain well.
3. Mix noodles thoroughly with seasoning sauce.
4. Garnish with fried anchovies and chili flakes.
5. Half Boiled Egg :
- Boiling water
- Keep egg in hot water for 8 minutes.
