We accept immediate payment by PayPal

Once payment is received, we will process your order and dispatch as soon as possible. If this is before 1pm on a weekday (excluding public holidays), we will endeavour to dispatch the same day.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order. We are unable to take responsibility for the delay or loss of a parcel where incorrect or incomplete delivery details have been provided.

Delivery

We dispatch to Royal Mail every weekday. Please note that we do not dispatch on weekends and public holidays.

Our FREE shipping service is sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class Post, and normally takes up to 3 days to reach you.

We also offer an EXPRESS shipping service, where your order will be sent by Royal Mail First Class Post, and will usually arrive with you the day after dispatch.

For International delivery please allow 7 to 10 working days, depending on where you are within the world

We offer a "no quibble" 30 day Money Back Guarantee. So, if you are unhappy with any product we send you, simply contact us and let us know the issue, and we will endeavour to sort the issue out as soon as possible.

Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in the post. Please retain proof of postage when returning items, and be sure to include your order number with your return.
