Certificate of Authenticity is from Art Masters Galleries (see pics).  It is signed, but I'm not sure about the artist's name (P. Safin?).

Canvas is 18" x 20"

The painting is still covered in thin plastic sheet to protect it during shipping.  Original tube with 1984 postmark on it is included.
