The YSGM172204D is a highly integrated, standard package wideband voltage controlled oscillator (VCO) product. The improved Colpitts oscillation circuit structure and integrated buffer buffer have the advantages of stable oscillation, good isolation and high output power. Compatible with 3~6V operating voltage range, to meet the needs of different systems; Tuning voltage range 0-5V, high tuning sensitivity. Optimizes in-band flatness and higher harmonic suppression, with 50Ω RF line through the output.
