Description:
This 110V powerful Water Cooler is designed to work with TIG welders and provide maximum cooling capacity. It is ideal for cooling torches and welding applications by means of water recirculation via a closed system. This plug may be removed or changed for applications with other brands of welders. The unit features color coded quick connectors for rapid and correct connection of the torch lines. The radiator is made from copper for maximum cooling capability. Its pump is made from stainless steel with a bronze impeller for maximum wearability. Industrial motor is sealed for best protection from the elements. A generous reservoir holds 10L of coolant for maximum circulation capacity. Use only distilled water or antifreeze specifically designed for use with TIG/MIG torch coolers. Do not use automotive anti freeze fluid!

Cautions:
1. Please read the instructions carefully before installation and operation.
2. Make sure the input voltage is correct. See the technical data of nameplate on the machine. Or motor may be burn out!
3. For long time not using the cooler, re-start the motor and make sure the water is pumped out to prevent water cooling torch damaged.
4. Make sure the tank is filled with enough clean water and all the connectors are fixed firmly. Always sure the water is kept enough water over the safety line. Pump may be damaged while the tank is without water.
5. If the motor works well(there is windy from the radiator), but the water draining is small or even no water, please pump in pressure air from compressor to inlet or outlet for 20 seconds.
6. If the motor can not work:
A. The input voltage is too low, please change electric supply;
B. The starting capacitor might be burnt out, please change a new one.
7. When this equipment inclines too much, the water in tank may overflow, the motor pump becomes a short lifetime. Precautions against toppling-over, if the system shall be placed on a titled plane.
8. Because there is a motor in the equipment, the water cooler can't be used in the rain. No water is allowed to come in the loop of the motor avoiding a shortage to burn up the motor.
