ALBUM INFO:

JETHRO TULL :- ...STAND UP...  RARE ISLAND FIRST PRESS.

1969 CLASSIC FOLK ROCK.

SLEEVE :- NEAR MINT.  VINYL:- NEAR MINT..

  • Matt gatefold sleeve with pop-up of artists.

  • Orange bullseye pink label UK pressing, which is different to the other orange bullseye pink label UK pressing Jethro Tull - Stand Up
  • Unlike the other orange bullseye pink label pressing Jethro Tull - Stand Up, this orange bullseye pink label pressing has "Printed and made by Ernest J. Day & Co. Ltd., London W.11.", on the back cover.

  • Another difference between this and the other orange bullseye pink label pressing Jethro Tull - Stand Up is that the whole type set on Side One is printed slightly higher on the label; this is particularly noticeable when you look at the word STEREO, but in fact all of the type set is higher than that seen in Jethro Tull - Stand Up. On Side Two, the only obvious difference between the 2 orange bullseye pink label pressings is that the word "Produced" is slightly further away from the spindle hole on this pressing than on Jethro Tull - Stand Up.

GRADING SYSTEM: In order to assist everyone who buys and sells rare discs, Record Collector magazine has originated a set of standards for the condition of second-hand records, I have added a (+) or (-) to my gradings where applicable.

MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.
EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.
VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration, etc.
FAIR: The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump.
The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced.
POOR: The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.

PAYMENT:

Items must be paid for within five days. If non payment within five days, I will then instigate an eBay ruling. I will set up a dispute and either offer it to the runner up bidder or re-list.

RETURNS POLICY:

I aim to provide an excellent service and hope that all buyers are satisfied with their purchase. However, if for any reason this should not be so, please contact me. I do accept returns, and on receipt of the item I will give a full refund - however - I will not refund what it costs the buyer to send it back, as otherwise I am just paying for the customer to look at it. I will not issue a refund if detail that is clearly stated on the advertisement has been missed by the buyer, so please read carefully.

PACKAGING:

I use preformed and standard mailers with stiffeners. I always take the vinyl out in its inner sleeve and place on top of the cover. This is then placed into a soft protective sleeve and packaged with stiffeners for full protection.
