This 144mm adapter is 1" deep and came from a Speedring I have for an umbrella. I needed to purchase a Bowens adapter, so I don't need this adapter anymore. It is a stout steel construction adapter and has a silvery chrome metal finish. I previously used this to connect an umbrella with a 144mm speedring to an Alien Bee Strobe. This speed ring adapter will allow you to adapt your soft box, umbrellas or beauty dish to strobes such as Alien Bees, White LIghtning, or Einstein strobes. Please make sure your speedring or beauty dish Modifiers take a 144mm adapter.
