Antique Meriden Silverplate ART DECO Coffee Pot Creamer Sugar Set

Welcome to my auction for this antique estate fresh find!  This is an amazing coffee set from Meriden Brittania silverplate.  While it appears to have an 1880's patent date, the stylized females shaped like handles and the sleek lines speak Art Deco to me!  In addition to the females, there are men's faces on the pointed seam on each of the four feet.  In addition to the art deco detailing, there are bluebirds in flight around sprays of flowers and leaves.  There is quite a bit of tarnish and loss of plating on the pieces but the subject and style are sure to enhance your silverplate collection.
