One of several trumpets we are offering for sale. This is a
Bach Omega Bb trumpet in silver plate.
Note that this is the original Omega, not the newer student-line version
of the same name. It is about as close
to a Stradivarius as Bach ever made, using the same bore and same valve block,
with the biggest difference being the two-piece rather than one-piece bell. It
is almost exactly the same as the Bach Tr200S we have listed, with the addition
of Strad-style stop rod, water keys, and tuning slide. It is in very good
condition: minor dings and scratches here and there after minor dent removal,
but no significant dents or other damage. Silver plating is about 99% with
little if any wear at all. Unlike most of the other used trumpets you may
be looking at, this one has just been through the shop where it was chem
cleaned, detergent cleaned, lubed, polished, and had new water key corks, valve
felts, tuning slide O-rings, and stop rod bumper and nuts installed.
Valves are fast and smooth with very good compression, all tuning slides
are free. Comes in a nice Bach hard case with strap. Tuning slide grease
and Al Cass valve oil are for local pickup only and will not be shipped, but it
does include a 5C mouthpiece, valve brush, mouthpiece brush, new ProTec
microfiber cloth, and new ProTec leather finger protector. The absolute best intermediate trumpet in existence—perfect
for your advanced in marching, concert, and symphonic bands—and about $1,000
less than a used Strad!

Shipping: Items are shipped after receipt and clearance of your payment. We try to ship far ahead of the handling time listed in the auction. Note that with international shipping, not all countries provide door-to-door tracking; therefore, buyer assumes full liability for item after leaving the United States.
Returns: We have zero unhappy customers, and we have offered hassle-free returns for almost twenty years. Unfortunately, due to rampant abuse of eBay's automated returns, and since PayPal no longer refunds sales fees, we have had to revise our return policy. (1) If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us PRIOR to initiating a return via eBay and allow us to address your concerns. Many items such as clarinets and oboes come out of adjustment during the shipping process, and can be easily tweaked by your local technician. We are happy to talk you through this process. (2) Items may be returned for any reason at your expense within seven days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price less shipping and eBay fees, which are not refundable. If on receipt we are able to verify the item to be significantly different than described, we will additionally refund original shipping, PayPal fees, and your return shipping to maximum of $30.00.
