From my satellite station I am selling a Pilot Receiver made by VIASAT-Satellite Transmission Systems Inc, which is intended to be
used in INMARSAT Coast Earth Stations. The function of the Pilot Receivers is to search for and identify the pilot frequency present
at the 70 MHz IF output of the L and C Band Down converters.  The uncorrected pilot signals from the L or C bands are feed to the input of the Pilot Receiver. A frequency synthesizer is used for the first down conversion local oscillator of the Pilot Receiver. The frequency of the synthesizer is adjustable in 5 KHz increments via a internal digi-switch, calibrated in frequency which will correspond
to the assigned pilot frequency. The synthesizer output frequency is derived directly from a sub-harmonic of the station 10 MHz master
reference oscillator. The gain of each IF is amplifier stage is controlled by the ALC bias generated by a synchronous amplitude level
detector in the IF chain. If the signal drops below the high threshold, the following actions is taken: The 20 MHz VCXO is disconnected
The loop bandwidth control circuit is reset, the 10 second major fault timer is started and a pilot fault indication is initiated.
IF input: 60,75 to 89,75 MHz, Input Pilot level: -35dBm +/- 25dB, return loss 23dB. RF output 1200 MHz +/- 60 kHz Ouput level:
+22 dB, 50 OHMS unbalanced TNC female. Locked Frequency Error: 0 Hz. Frequency set by factory: 1 537653 MHz. (must be set
by the user) Weight : 25 kilos Power 220 volts AC. Power  ON/OFF, Lamp test Push Button, Loop Bandwidth Control ,AFC Bias, PLO
monitor, Pilot failure, PLL failure and Summary failure. This unit was tested and working according specifications.Operation and Maintenance Manual + Power cable included.    For advance INMARSAT users Only. I ship worldwide, except Cyprus, Russia and Ucrânia.
