Plus another damaged one in1762 for the same land I think, John & Rev Samuel Edwards and Robert Walker a Taylor now of Northampton, mentioning  tenants Billing and Sowlatt? or Howlatt maybe and an Oatmeal Mill and Kiln for Drying Oats in Tanner? Street

Good condition, the main one some discolouring and wear to fold one hole worn through on a corner of a fold and grubbiness. The additional one has also been damaged by someone cutting two pieces out of the bottom edge. see pictures too
