SHIPPING:

All orders placed before 3 PM Eastern are shipped the same day, orders placed after that time may still be shipped same day, but we cannot guarantee this. We not ship Saturday and Sunday.

RETURNS:

•          Defective/Dead items will be fully refunded or replaced after matching the serial number with the one in our records.

•          If your order arrives incorrect or the package is damaged in result of a carrier company, you must notify us within 4 days of receipt.

Defective items will be credited only after matching the serial number with the one in our records. We are aware of all fraud cases and have all the items details in our records.

•          Any item needed to be returned must be securely packaged, insured and shipped with tracking for safety. We cannot be responsible for lost damaged packages.

We carefully inspect returned items upon receipt before any possible refunds, credits, or exchanges.        

•           All items returned MUST be returned in the EXACT same condition as received!

If it is new it must still be new, unopened, and unused!
