This is a Vintage Bike from Schwinn.

Among the Stingrays, Fair Lady, which was sold for girls at the time, was Magenta, a color between purple and pink.

The casting and serial number are as attached to the second image, with KF 78207 engraved on the neck.

K=October, F=70y, so it was manufactured in October 1970.
