This is for a pair of womens size 9 Regular Lacrosse Rubber boots top of the line, they have rugged tread, adjustable strap on the back, they are lined / insulated lightly as seen in picture not sure of the material, water proof, if these were 9.5 I would keep them for work super nice, someone will get a nice name brand quality boot. The upper half is a neoprene type material and bottom half rubber material,very comfortable insoles as well. Note on the color of blue it is actually a different shade darker couldn't get exact with flash.
