~ This item is a vintage Early American Pressed Glass (EAPG) water pitcher made by the U.S. Glass Company, Buckingham (OMN), #15106.

~ Condition
      - Good condition.
      - There are two (2) bubble imperfections from when this pitcher was created. (pictured)
      - There is a spot where some glass has chipped off on the pouring spout. (pictured)
      - At one point this pitcher in believed to have had gold painted onto it because there is some gold at the top                         location where the handle attaches to the pitcher still in present. (pictured) 

~ Description:
      - 8.75" height, 4.75" diameter, 8" from spout to handle. Depth of the pitcher is approximately 7".
      - Heavy duty, weighs 3.5 lbs. and the thickness of the glass is approximately 0.25" thick.
      - An elegant glass pattern of floral and diamonds.

~ SPECIAL FEATURE!
      - This EAPG has a chemical element in the glass called Manganese, which is reactive to an ultraviolet 
               light source.
               Manganese dioxide was known as a decolorizer which was used to make glass look colorless.
