Getting the right fit and function from your HEAROS^® Xtreme Protection Series Ear Plugs is easy. Simply follow these steps when you use them:

 

ROLL – With clean hands, firmly roll the entire ear plug between your thumb and fingers to form a thin, tight cylinder. Don’t worry, the specially developed foam will re-expand in a moment.

INSERT – Using one hand, gently lift the top of your ear up to open the ear canal. With the other hand, insert the rounded end of the ear plug.

HOLD – With forefinger, hold plug in place for 30 - 45 seconds so the foam can expand and form a comfortable, snug fit.

When inserted correctly, the flat side of the ear plug is positioned at the opening of the ear canal.
