This is a music instruction book titled "Mel Bay's Fun on the Dulcimer" by Virgil Hughes.  It has 32 pages of words and music to folk songs played on the dulcimer.  It is 11 & 3/4" by 8 & 3/4" with cardboard covers and bound with staples.  It is in very nice undamaged condition.
