This is a very well made dress, by an excellent seamstress.

The quality is remarkable!

Gorgeous buttons, 17 down the front and 2 on each sleeve, belt, snap closure at neck and hook and eye at waist. Pleating is outstanding at waist. Small lightweight shoulder pads as well!

Some staining at pits that I am sure will be easily removed by a gentle hand wash or preferably by dry cleaning. This has been taken into consideration while pricing. Sold as is. No other flaws to note.

The turquoise blue fabric with pops of white is just stunning!
