This copy is signed by Norman Mellor, May 3, 1979. I cannot find what his relation is to this book though, strangely enough. Can't find him as an author or listed in the index, or if he has some affiliation with Packard the company!

Please check photos carefully for the condition of the book, it is in good condition, but has some wear and tear. There is a good crack on one side of the clamshell case, there definitely is rubbing and wear to the bottom edge of the book around the spine where it has slid in and out of the clamshell case. The title page (where the signature is shows some staining, possibly glue?. The spine is well broken in, but pages very much intact. The spine of the leather cover is independent of the bound pages (see photos) I believe this is how the book was manufactured since it is so large.
