Lactona Dental Handheld Rectangular Handheld Magnifier With Case HTF! Vintage
Have not ever seen another one from Lactona and this is from estate of a dentist so could be a sample or a test?
Not entirely sure but does come with a fit Cade made of almost a polyester type and sewn together -
Not sure of magnifying power either as this is much more of an optical or dental collectible.
