This is a 12k gold filled, hand-designed money clip. It measures approximately 1 3/4" by 1". It is signed G J on the back. Some of the gold-tone sheen has worn off on the bear. Otherwise it's in good shape. It appears to be Native American but we are not experts. If you have any questions, feel free to message us.
