🌎 SHIPPING

We aim to process all orders as fast as possible and ship them within 1-3 days. However, during sales or busy periods please allow up to 7 days for processing. All orders are shipped from the US (Florida & California). Only Germany orders are shipped from Germany, using only tracked postal services. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a notification containing the tracking number and a link to the tracking website, which will allow you to monitor the parcel's way to your door. In most countries, you will be also able to track it using your local post's website services, using the number provided by us. Refunds/returns or exchanges are accepted only for the following situations.

- wrong size (sending a different size from the size purchased)

- damaged product

- wrong or different printing

If your order is lost on the way, or if the shipping company delivers your order to a different address, we will resend the product or products you ordered free of charge and quickly.

🛀 PRINT CARE INSTRUCTIONS

We use the newest DGT Technology to print our products. Our water-based inks are organic, 100% non-hazardous, 100% toxin-free, completely vegan-friendly and contain no animal by-products. Safe for infants and babies.

- Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners.

- Tumble dry low or hang-dry for longest life.

- Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration.

- Do not dry clean.
