This is a 'Willm. Henry West Betty' Theatre Token, Ticket or Pass. The obverse has a Portrait of the Boy Star. The reverse has lines of script 'British Tragedian  He Astonishes 1804' etc.. NB made of bronze and measures 25mm in diameter, the weight is 5.38 grams. Master Betty is shown here as a 13-14 year old boy, he had National Fame at that age; but went on to live into old age.
