Has give and can wear several ways sliding up hip. I wore this to 2 different dance clubs on each coast, Complements Galore. It is a standing dress, and worked the dance floor. I hiked it up in the taxis getting in and out, so the sequins in back great also. This dress had a lot of fun and still looks great.
