Five Katz Antiques was founded in 2015 as a brick & mortar antique store in Titusville, Florida. Due to circumstances beyond our control, we were forced to close after 7 years in business.
We are now pleased to offer you choice merchandise that was held back from the liquidation at the time of our closure, as well as items from my personal collection that are of a quality nature.
You may still view our historical website & read my blog at our website at FiveKatzAntiques online – I have had my columns published across the country and in Canada. I have been featured in Florida Today, as well as MSN News Online and I have also been interviewed for AARP Magazine. Be advised, we are not selling items through our website, only here on eBay so please don’t ask to buy something you may see there.
Even though this is a new account, rest assured I have been on eBay 18 years, selling on eBay since December of 2005 and have sold over 1500 items and over 2800 feedbacks as a buyer as well as a seller on my personal account. I have been a trusted seller on ebay for years.
I am a retired photographer and I enjoy trying to create the best photo of my items for your consideration – and to make them stand out amongst the crowded market place. Sometimes I get a bit artsy.

Now the “Other stuff” …
· Photos and scans are of the actual item for sale and the item you will receive.
· Photos and/or scans are part of the description. In case of an error in the description, or if something is not clear – always defer to the photos/scans.
· Due to differences in monitors, items may appear slightly different in person. I have no control over this. Viewing on phones will make items look different as well.
· I DO NOT use stock photos or AI descriptions.
· When you bid/win an auction or click buy it now, you have entered into a contract to purchase the item and all sales are considered final.
· If you have any questions, ask before bidding. Once you win, it’s yours.
· If you make an offer, please remember I am basically trying to recoup my wholesale costs & that eBay takes a large chunk out of my earnings. Please be fair with your offers. Sorry, any offer under 50% will not be accepted.
· Please don’t ask what my “best price” is – If it’s a buy it now, with an offer option available, please feel free to make an offer, but again, don’t send me an email asking what I will take for an item.
· eBay’s buy it now requires immediate payment & will not let me combine orders and send an invoice for all items. I have no control over this. You will have to pay for the items and shipping and if shipping gets combined, I will refund unused shipping charges.
· All payments must be received within five (5) days from the end of the auction. If not received the item will be relisted and eBay will add an unpaid bidder mark on your account.
· If a serious issue pops up after you win one of my items, email me. We can talk about it.
· All items sold as is, so be sure to read the entire description and this includes the photos!
· Vintage or antique items may show wear and/or patina commensurate with age. See photos/scans as these will show condition better than words can.
· No Returns: Returns are only accepted if the item is significantly not as described in the auction/listing. If a return is accepted for this reason, item must be returned in the same condition as received and must have authorization before a return is made.
· No returns for buyer’s remorse. My Wife/husband etc., didn’t like it is not a reason for a return.
· We do not ship internationally. No APO shipping.
· USPS Media Mail will be used for appropriate items.
· Never any inflated shipping charges. I will refund gross overages if I overestimate the shipping cost charged to you.
· Due to DIM (Dimensional) weight shipping costs, large items will usually ship FedEx or UPS. (in addition to weight, the shippers now measure the H x W x L of all boxes)
· We strive to package our items so they arrive to you intact. If you are concerned about damage, ask about additional insurance.
· I will combine shipping if/when appropriate.
