local terminal in your area for pickup (usually within 20 miles of confirmed
address). All "Flat Rate Freight" items ship to a local terminal near
your zip code for pick-up!
· Lift-gate
service to your home may be available upon request if you are unable to arrange
pickup. For Lift-gate service Additional rates may apply. Get in contact with

· Items
are usually shipped within 1 to 3 Business Days. If we are not able to ship it
within the time frame given, we will inform you as soon as possible. Appliances
are shipped in pallets.

YOU ARE LEGALY ACCEPTING THE ITEM HAS NO EXTERNAL DAMAGES AND YOU ARE ACCEPTING

· Inspect
All Packages for External Damages that have not been stated.
· If you
notice any external damage that has not been stated, please note this on
delivery and inform the driver. If the driver does not let you state the
damages, please contact us right away.
If we
are unable to be contacted, please advise the driver that you will not accept
the delivery and ask them to return the shipment to the Delivery Terminal.
Please advise shipper not to return the shipment until our office has contacted
them.

are no external damages on the item, simply sign and accept the shipment.

decides to choose the Local Pickup Option, the Following Terms will Apply:

adequate for the load. If not, you will have to find other means of transport.
o Any
damage caused to the appliance while a customer pickup transportation will not
be refunded or replaced. It?s the buyer?s responsibility to properly secure the
appliances before transportation while in their possession.

are By Appointment Only please contact us BetterHome2U to set an appointment.
Cancellation Information:
· Cancellation
Requests of any order will be honored if the order has not been shipped.
· If the
cancellation request of the order is received after the item has been shipped,
we will deduct any and all fees to include Logistics, and Restocking Fees from
the buyer?s refund.
