Author Biography

Barbara Prashnig was appointed the youngest professor in Austria where she taught as a teacher/trainer for 17 years. Emigrating to New Zealand with her family in 1985, she taught Linguistics at Auckland University for five years before founding the Creative Learning Company in 1992. Barbara has pioneered the introduction of the 'diversity concept' in education and training in New Zealand as well as internationally and is now considered to be one of the world's foremost experts on style diversity. Through her organization, she has developed software for assessing Learning Styles, which is now available on the internet in eight different languages. She is also a trained coach and has used the diversity concept successfully in business and life coaching.
