Very rare Swingster jacket with zip up hood(doesn't appear to have ever been out), white piping and American Flag Peavey patch.  Seems to be an early type of windbreaker, very thin lining.  The size is adult large, the pit to pit measurement is 24" and the top of collar down the back is 27".
